Nick Gordon ordered to pay $36m in damages to Bobbi Kristina's Estate

Bobbi Kristina Brown may finally get justice “she was found inside a bathtub face-down causing brain damage” on Thursday after Bobbi Kristina’s father testified in the Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia, presiding Judge T. Jackson Bedford determined that Nick Gordon is liable in the wrongful death of his former girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina Brown and ordered him to pay $36 million to Brown’s estate.

The financial breakdowns include:
— $1,575,041 for conversion (theft of Brown’s funds), with the maximum charge of$250,000 for punitive damages
—$1,370,877.52 for assault and battery medical damages
—$13 million for pain and suffering, with an additional $4,200,000 because Gordon was found to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs
—$15,056,000 million for loss of life, factoring in future earning potential

Gordon failed to show up in court two times in a row and by default lost the wrongful death suit that was filed against him by Bobbi Kristina’s estate. He is the main suspected of drugging Bobbi Kristina with a toxic cocktail that rendered her unconscious.

Although the 26-year-old has been mourning her loss, many of Bobbi Kristina's friends believe its false affection, claiming that he had been physically abusing her several months prior to her death. many of Bobbi Kristina’s friends believe its false affections, claiming that he had been physically abusing her for many months prior to her death.
Bobby Brown, Kristina’s father told the court that he believe Gordon was responsible for Bobbi Kristina’s death. He further revealed that she had planned to go into entertainment following both his and her mother Whitney Houston footsteps. Due to her talent and famous parentage, Brown believe his daughter have extremely high show business prospects.
“She was an entertainer. If you were around her, all you would do was laugh. She told a lot of jokes. She was always the life of the party…and anywhere she went,” Brown said Thursday on the stand. “I know she had the talent to be successful. “He said.

No comment yet from Gordon on the ruling, a friend told  PEOPLE he’s distressed at the moment. “Nick isn’t in a good place right now. He doesn’t have any money. This is symbolic more than anything because they’re not going to get anything from him. You can’t get blood from a stone.”

His still moaning Krissi. They need to look into themselves to see what part everybody played in this, not just Nick.
