This Skill is all You need to work with Top Multinational Companies

Because they pay well, it's therefore important to understand the attributes an MNC seeks in a person before hiring them. In the present day work environment ,there is a reported global shortage of skills in new technology. In simple terms, coders who write instructions that tell computers what to do are in high demand those who code and write programming languages such as  SQL, Java, JavaScript, C# and Python are presently globally sought-after skills and getting these skills will definitely set you apart from your peers in the job market.

The fast-evolving  global economy demands new knowledge and skills of its workforce. A skill is defined as learning to carry out a task with pre-determined results often within a given amount of time, Skills are  often divided into domain general and domain-specific skills. For example, in the domain of work, some general skills would include time management, teamwork and leadership, self-motivation and others, whereas domain-specific skills would be useful only for a certain job. These Domain specific skills which are useful only for a certain job are now generally required by employers due to its shortage in the work environment.

Recent studies reveal that Multinational firms that pay well hire staff based on   IT skills. For example, so far this year, the number of workers, including IT specialists hired from outside the EU has risen to almost 24,300.
Also in the U.S, based on analyst data of 26 million U.S. online job postings released this month .Roughly half of the jobs paying over $57,000 per year are in occupations that require applicants to have at least a basic  computer coding knowledge or skill.

Angela Copeland, who majored in computer science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY but subsequently moved to a marketing career, agrees: “Although I transitioned away from computer programming and into marketing, having a coding background has really helped me. First, when I’ve worked on website projects, it’s easier for me to communicate directly with developers. In the end, this causes my projects to get done faster and more accurately.”

The thing is no matter what field u are specializing on employers may not be interested in hiring you if SQL, Python and JavaScript are not on your radar.
