Alexis Sanchez Complete Mega Deal

In another major statement from Manchester United after the landings of Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku over the past two summers, the club announces the signing of Alexis Sanchez. In a move that will see Henrikh Mkhitaryan move to Arsenal in a straight swap deal.

Sanchez will earn around 500k a week to become the highest-paid player in the Premier and will take the vacant No 7 shirt for the first time since Memphis Depay left the club following in the footsteps of  famous faces such as David Beckham, Cristiano Cr7, Eric Cantona and George Best who previously put on the popular number for Manchester United.
The 29-year-old was sighted in Manchester over the weekend dealing with medicals and other {thank paper works before the move was finalized.

On Saturday Jose Mourinho said on the deal: "I expect soon or never. I think it's so close, so close, so close that if it doesn't happen, it's not going to happen, therefore i am positive. "I know that my people performing absolutely everything they can - the owners with the green light and Mr. Woodward working hard. I think everyone is giving everything they can and I think we are going to be successful.

Both players have undergone immigration in Liverpool to put in place their work permit. Sanchez arrived to work in the United Kingdom in 2014 after moving to Arsenal from Barcelona, so therefore must apply for extension to his existing permit.
Home Office rules allow for an extension of at least another three years to a UK Tier 2 Sportsperson visa if both players satisfy the necessary criteria.

In the UK players are required to apply for their visas in person, with each application needing a valid sponsorship certificate from their new clubs, along with the endorsement of the Football Association.

Sanchez could be in line to make his debut in the FA Cup against Yeovil this Friday.
